Ela sits on Cairns’ Trinity Inlet, where the boats come and go and the sea breeze does most of the work. Our kitchen leans on Mediterranean technique and Far North Queensland produce: dips and warm baguette to start, saganaki, wild caught barramundi, slow braised beef cheek, and something sweet to finish.

Dishes are best shared, moments unhurried and meals remembered. Next Door, our bar and function space, carries the same energy into the evening with signature cocktails, sharing jugs and a wine list worth lingering over.
